The supervisory board meeting of Lenzing AG held on January 31, 2014 appointed Robert van de Kerkhof to serve as a member of the management board for a period of three years as of May 1, 2014. In his capacity as chief commercial officer, van de Kerkhof, a native of the Netherlands, will have management responsibility for marketing and sales. He has worked for close to 25 years in the fiber business in various international positions for DuPont and Koch Industries. During this time he focused on the fields of marketing and sales, product development, innovations and the ongoing optimization of the value chain. Accordingly, effective May 1, 2014, the management board of Lenzing AG will consist of Peter Untersperger as chief executive officer, Friedrich Weninger as chief operating officer and Robert van de Kerkhof as chief commercial officer.
